The Dubai Marina community is set in the heart of New Dubai, stretching from the main arterial road of Dubai – Sheikh Zayed Road – to the seafront Jumeirah Beach Residence community. Potential residents of the Dubai Marina skyscrapers can expect their neighbours to be young professionals or small families of mostly affluent European origin. The sophisticated, upscale community is extremely popular with young professionals who commute to Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai Media City or even Abu Dhabi.
