Ava Palm Jumeirah

The new, ultra-luxury real estate development Ava Palm Jumeirah is being built by Omniyat in Dubai on the Palm Jumeirah. One of the most innovative real estate projects in the Gulf region is Omniyat. On the man-made islands known as Palm Jumeirah Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, it has begun construction on a brand-new premium housing development dubbed AVA Palm Jumeirah. The Ava project will be an engineering and real estate development marvel, with a collection of luxurious residences and high-end buildings. According to Omniyat, this Palm Jumeirah project will include 17 hanging palaces with distinctive and avant-garde architectural features. The corporation claimed that developments “re-shape” Dubai’s luxury market in addition to the real estate development industry.

The AED 15 billion investment portfolio of OMNIYAT Group now includes AVA Palm Jumeirah. Following the impressive One at Palm Jumeirah Dorchester Collection and Dubai, it is OMNIYAT’s second project on the island. This project, a world-famous real estate development and engineering marvel, was fully sold to foreign investors, shattering the previous record of selling the three most exclusive and expensive developments in Dubai for more than AED 260 million in total. The project boasts a set of luxury designed with unprecedented architecture standards by the world’s brightest engineers.

Drones have been used for the first time in history and in Dubai to characterise luxury and display a 3D architectural design above the Pal, Jumeriah city sky. which is overseen by the Dorchester Collection featured 500 drones flying over 120 m above the earth and captured the attention of locals and visitors at Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, and Jumeirah Beach.
