Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences is a new premium residential project, which is considered to become the tallest residential building in the world. Currently, the record belongs to New York’s Central Park Tower with a height of 472.4 m. The new over 100-storey tower will be located in Business Bay, just a short distance away from iconic landmarks and popular areas of Dubai.

To create this exclusive residential development, Binghatti Developers has teamed up with Jacob & Co, who is a luxury jewellery and watch company. The complex will be inspired by the horological movements of Jacob & Co timepieces and finely cut gems which will be used in the design of the building.
