Floating Seahorse Dubai is a collection of ultra-luxurious floating villas on the World Islands – an archipelago of 300 artificial islands located off the coast of Dubai. It is a one-of-its-kind project by Kleindienst Group offering villas set across three levels; one underwater, one above water and a top-level sun deck. The artificial coral reef beneath the retreats and outdoor climate-controlled areas are the foremost features of these houses. It is located on St. Petersburg Island – one of the six islands of The Heart of Europe connected via floating piers.

The Floating Seahorse is a result of pure engineering marvel offering contemporary marine-style living. Each villa in the sustainable luxury development is a tiny island surrounded by the sea while connected to the neighbouring private islands. The balance of secluded island living and a community-connected feel makes these properties ideal for vacations.

Properties in the Floating Seahorse Dubai include 133 villas, mainly available in 1 to 4-bedroom layouts. These three-level villas are spread over 4,004 sq. ft. and are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities. The underwater floor consists of the bedroom with an attached en-suite bathroom and a sitting area. The sea level has a living area, kitchen and sun deck, while the upper floor has a lounge, balcony and glass-bottomed Jacuzzi.

Each villa has floor-to-ceiling glass walls which offer incredible underwater views of coral reefs and marine life. Residents can sleep at night while gazing at a sea turtle swimming by and awaken to the splash of colours from the coral reef as the sun pierces the water. These villas can also be customised by enclosing the upper deck and sea-level outdoor areas to maximise security and privacy. Other facilities include 24-hour security, butler service and high-speed internet.
