It is with great sadness we share the news that Good Design Australias inaugural Patron, Michael Bryce sadly passed away on 16 January 2021. Their style? He was made a Member of the Order of Australia in 2005 and inducted into the DIA Design Hall of Fame. Everybody understands that because its one of the professions. After training as a cadet in the Air Training Corp all through high school, Bryce joined the University Squadron. Michael died at home with them on January 15 their five children, Jack, Revy, Rupert, Chloe, Tom; and their 12 grandchildren. In 1964 he married the love of his life, Quentin Strachan, from Ilfracombe in Central West Queensland.
